We realize that at some point it simply makes more sense to replace your machine rather than pour ill-invested money into an aging PC. Our supplemental rates keep our solutions from ever cutting corners, to ensure that your needs are met fully from start to finish. Secondly, let’s face it; performing additional services while we are already on site is simply less costly for us. Once the initial service fee is charged, service call time is allotted, and travel expense is accounted for, performing extra necessary services for you, our customers, costs us less money to render. How will I recover my data? Is this worth fixing or am I better off replacing the entire PC? We have devised two specialty services just for that hard place, which will take the edge off of catastrophic circumstances.
Failed Hard Drive Recovery
If your hard drive fails what happens to your data? For most people, failed hard drives are the most common hardware failure in computers today. More often times then not however, your data can be rescued from a dead drive. The aim of our Failed Hard Drive Recovery service addresses 3 specific needs. When your hard drive fails you need 3 things: 1. A replacement drive to be installed and configured. 2. An operating system and application software reinstalled to the new drive. 3. Migration of rescued data from your dead hard drive to the new one. You simply cannot have 1 without the other 2, well not for any functional practicality any way. This service combines the necessary services into a singular price so that your needs are met end to end.
New PC Integration
Sometimes when hardware fails in your PC (hard drive, motherboard, or otherwise) it makes more economic sense to buy a new PC to replace the aged one. When this happens you typically need 3 things: 1. Setup and Optimization of the new PC. 2. Installation of application software and update of Windows. 3. Migration of your data onto the new PC. Our New PC Integration service will get you into your new PC completely configured and ready to go the minute you sit in front of the keyboard.
